Survive I-35

Survive I-35 is a short game about the I-35 expansion plan. There are many dangers that will follow expanding I-35 to up to 22 lanes as planned. This game was made to highlight the level of difficulty and danger that comes with adding more lanes onto the existing highway.

Controls:

W or Up Arrow Key = Accelerate

A or Left Arrow Key = Turn Left

S or Down Arrow Key = Brake & Reverse

D or Right Arrow Key = Turn Right

Left Click = Select (only used for clicking buttons c:)

Note: Clicking "Exit" or Quit, will just freeze the game since it's on browser. If you do this,  you should just be able to reload the page!

(P.S. It's possible to win if you drive like a madman, but you can't really do that irl.....legally....or safely.....)

For those who are interested:

Induced demand -> More lanes will attract more vehicles, leading to more congested traffic, longer wait times, more emissions, higher chances of accidents, and much more. More emissions = increased risk of long-term health problems.
